Ksenia Solo

Ksenia Ksenia KseniaKsenia Solo is Latvian-Canadian actor. She comes from a large family of artists in Riga. Ksenia has been awarded numerous Canadian prizes, including the three Gemini Awards, and was nominated for the first Canadian Screen Awards. Ksenia became the youngest Canadian TV actress to receive two Gemini Awards consecutively. Solo has a training of classical ballet and is a highly talented actor. Solo is most famous for being the dramatic 'Veronica', rival to Natalie Portman's character 'Nina In the five-time Oscar nominated film Black Swan, manipulative and disturbing 'Holly' with Dominic Monaghan in the psychological thriller Pet, and young and innocent 'Lucy' in Maria Bello in In Search of Fellini. Solo has been acknowledged for her versatility in her roles in the world of television, most notably her role as Kenzi in Syfy's fantasy-noir hit Lost Girl. She also was the socialite of real life Peggy Shippen and her husband in the AMC's historical drama, Turn to Washington's Spies.
